These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the discipline of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the Internet, from the website www.ilmosaicodiandreina.org
We try in every way to satisfy our customers by offering a high quality product.

PRICES

The prices shown are expressed in EURO and include VAT for the Member States of the European Union.

ORDERS

All payments are made in EURO and include VAT for the member states of the European Union. No other amount will be due on delivery. When ordering, please check the accuracy of the data and the delivery address. In case of errors, please let us know promptly at ass.ezechiele@gmail.com

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES

Our shipments are made with Indicate Courier service. Shipments in Italy have a cost of X Euro for each order, while for orders over X € the shipping is free. Shipments in the European Union (*) have a cost of X Euro for each order, while for orders over X € the shipping is free. Shipments in the world (**) have a cost of X Euro for each order, while for orders over X € the shipping is free. Delivery times depend exclusively on the times declared by the carrier and are generally 4-10 days for shipments to Italy and 4-15 days for foreign shipments.

If, at the time of delivery, the package shows damage, sign the courier document with reserve and we will be able to send you a new product in the shortest possible time.
The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed.

If the delivered products have defects, the customer must contact Il Mosaico di Andreina within 48 hours of delivery, sending an email with photos of the defects found to the following email address: ass.ezechiele@gmail .com (*) Countries for which shipping outside Italy is planned: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, Poland, Monaco, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Hungary.
(**) Countries of the world for which shipping is expected: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, the United States and Switzerland.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

Andreina's Mosaic accepts payments in Euros.
The following payment methods are accepted:

* Credit Card: we accept credit cards belonging to the Visa and MasterCard circuits
* PayPal
*Bank transfer

All transactions made by credit card are made through their respective gateways.
No data relating to these types of payment is recorded by Il Mosaico di Andreina We also accept credit cards enabled for the 3-D secure service, for the use of which an additional PIN will be required.
In addition, Il Mosaico di Andreina uses a security certificate with a 1024-bit SSL encrypted connection to further strengthen security standards. Any attempted fraud will be detected and reported to the local competent authorities.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on www.ilmosaicodiandreina.org
The Mosaic of Andreina guarantees 100% reimbursement, except for any local duties and taxes. The Mosaic of Andreina ensures the right of withdrawal from the purchase no later than 15 days from the delivery date. The refund will be made no later than 10 days from the receipt of the returned goods. All products without packaging, or with damaged packaging, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Il Mosaico di Andreina reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and return them to the sender.

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY;

All Il Mosaico di Andreina products are guaranteed for 24 months from the delivery date. In case
of problems, the customer undertakes to contact Il Mosaico di Andreina directly by sending one
e-mail with photographic description of the problem at the following address: ass.erezhiele@gmail.com

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to
normal wear, accident, abuse or normal loss of color and wear of materials.
The images and colors of the articles on the site may not fully correspond to the actual colors due to the type of computer screen or browser used for navigation. Il Mosaico di Andreina reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred for the verification of the product and for the shipment of the same, if it is intact and functional or without the lack of conformity claimed and referable to the date of delivery.

APPLICABLE LAW

The purchase contract between the customer and Il Mosaico di Andreina is to be considered concluded in Italy and therefore is governed by Italian law and by EU legislation governing distance purchases. In case of any dispute, the competent court will be the Forum of Il Mosaico di Andreina Loc. Indicator I n.7 - 52100 Arezzo Italy.
